Overview

We are seeking a creative and talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and innovative designs across various platforms. You will collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to produce visually compelling material that align with our brand identity and resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design a wide range of materials, including but not limited to: marketing collateral, digital and print advertisements, social media graphics and website elements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and digital marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create visually appealing graphics and illustrations that convey complex concepts in a simple and intuitive manner.
• Use various design software and tools to execute projects while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all designs and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of designs.
• Communicate and present design concepts, ideas, and rationale effectively to the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role showcasing a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and layout.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Diploma in graphic designing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in UI/UX design or motion graphics.
• Knowledge of web design and front-end development principles.
• Familiarity with video editing software.
• Understanding of social media trends and design requirements.
