Norocholai Lakvijaya Coal Power Plant

Project Brief

Cenmetrix recently was awarded the contract to install security access control systems at Norocholai Lakvijaya Coal Power Plant, the largest power station in Sri Lanka.
Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) being the principal of the project required fingerprint scanning systems including real time log availability and RFID card accessibility as well. Ensuring high security and controlling access to authorised personnel were the primary objectives of CEB in installing the access control systems. Cenmetrix has been a trustworthy technology partner for similar projects for multiple clients over the past 15 years. With this credibility, the two access control projects awarded to Cenmetrix by CEB were completed in 2018 and 2019.
