How the system works

Cenmetrix recently installed a RFID automated weighbridge system at INSEE Cement.

Whenever a vehicle enters one of INSEE Cement plant premises, the vehicle will be issued a UHF (long range) tag at the automated gate barrier which will then authorise the vehicle entry and track the vehicle till it leaves the premises. The same tag will also be utilised for the weighbridge automation as well. The traffic signals at the weighbridge further ensure that vehicles are positioned right on the weight sensors on the scale bridge for the system to operate and also prevent drivers proceeding too soon.
